A nanometer resolution laser microscope with a nanometer-sized object table. It is intended for research of submicron structures in the field of materials science, medicine and semiconductor industry. We have developed a constructive basis, manufacturing technology and design of the outer shell of the microscope. A new visual image and constructive principles for a complex high-tech device confidently reflect the essence of an object that has no analogues in the world among similar devices: The polygonal structure is associated with the crystal lattice of the material and lasers. The development was marked by the RF award as the best scientific and technical development of 2014.
